By accessing or using Bloom (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Bloom is operated by its developer(s) and is provided on an “as is” basis.

Bloom is a pregnancy journal and memory-keeping application. It allows users to write diary entries, log milestones with photos, generate a printed album, and access AI-powered features including a pregnancy guide, memory intelligence, and name exploration tools.

Bloom is NOT a medical service, and nothing in the app constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.The AI-powered Bloom Guide feature provides general informational content about pregnancy. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice from your obstetrician, midwife, doctor, or any qualified healthcare provider. Always seek the advice of your physician or qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you read or received through Bloom.

In case of a medical emergency, call your local emergency services immediately. Bloom does not provide emergency medical services.

Bloom uses artificial intelligence (AI) to power features such as the Bloom Guide, Memory Intelligence, weekly reflections, and emoji suggestions. These AI features:

• May produce inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information
• Are not reviewed by medical professionals before being shown to you
• Should not be relied upon for medical decisions
• May reflect biases present in training data
• Are provided for informational and emotional support purposes only

You acknowledge that AI-generated content is not a substitute for professional advice and that you use these features at your own risk.

You must create an account to use Bloom. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

You retain ownership of all content you create in Bloom, including diary entries, photos, milestones, and letters. By using the Service, you grant Bloom a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not use your personal content to train AI models.

Bloom offers a free tier and a paid Premium subscription. Premium includes a 14-day free trial. After the trial, you will be charged according to your selected plan (monthly or yearly) via PayMongo. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Printed book orders are fulfilled by third-party print partners and are non-refundable once submitted to production.

Printed albums are produced and shipped by third-party fulfillment partners (e.g., Prodigi). Bloom is not responsible for print quality, shipping delays, or delivery issues caused by the fulfillment partner. Delivery times vary by destination. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

You may not: abuse, harass, or harm others through the Service; upload malicious files; attempt to access other users' data; reverse-engineer the Service; use the Service for any illegal purpose; or attempt to circumvent subscription restrictions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bloom and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damages arising from reliance on any content provided by the Service (including AI-generated content). The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bloom and its developers from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the settings page. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal remedies.
